Asked for Female, 1 Years

2 month old baby girl suffering from loose stools. She is doing it very frequently and getting a rash also coz if it. Watery yellow-green pooh with little spilled milk like solids. Please help. I m fearing she may loose all weight because of it. I gave z and d drops but it didnt help at all.
