Looking for psychiatry related help.
My mom is 50 years old... Due to some major family problems my mom had  major emotional breakdown 13 years ago.. We treated her and she became fine but after 1-2 years if there is stress or something she again used to need medicine... Now in this Corona phase I don't want to take her to any hospital... Only thing she needs is proper sleep... And 2-3 days rest... Once she gets proper sleep for 3-5 days period she becomes fine. Else she keeps linking thiggs with some other thingy, she feels fear of normal things..she tend to over think and links anything with anything.. And when she is sitting idle she keeps blinking continously... I don't have old medicine prescription as she didn't like taking medicine...so she destroyed it... Please help me out... Need urgent help.. Can't take her to doctor now... I don't want to take risk of going out... Help me out please.
