Liver Related
My husband is having jaundice from last 12 yrs. Last month suddenly his triglycerides increased to 437. We had been to a general physician and did ultrasound. The report says he has mild increase in Liver with grade 1 fatty changes. Is this curable? Will it have any severe impact on future? Will it impact on family planning?

Jaundice for 12 years does not make any sense. Does he have a genetic disease of bilirubin conjugation or transport? Fatty liver is reversible but the cause has to be determined and treated. The high triglycerides could be the cause.
