  3. Liver problem. AST=850 and ALT=1264. Do?

Liver problem. AST=850 and ALT=1264
My mother is 45 years old and her ASTlevel is 850 and ALT level is 1264, SGPT and ALP are also high but not too much like just outside range. Please suggest what should we do?

hello madam this looks like viral hepatitis kindly get a leptospiral antibody test done and then consult a physician/ gastroenterologist and decide bye
