You must be very careful since you have liver cirrhosis along with co morbidities such as Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension, which in turn puts you in a category of high risk for having other complications, but with proper precautions and care it can be managed for a long time The following lifestyle changed could help: - Consume a balanced diet and have a multivitamin supplement daily. - Avoid drugs and abstain from alcohol that cause further liver damage. - Avoid nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAID) - Take vaccination for hepatitis A and B - At the first sign of any illness or any infection immediately meet your treating doctor and get treated. - Have an active and healthy lifestyle, exercise as tolerated
