Little TB infection
I have digestive problems like partially loose motion, frequent stool passing, inflammatory sensation while passing stool, gas accumulation, fingers shake, tiredness, sharp knee pain etc. In past 6-7 months I have been meeting a proven Gastroenterologist and a Dietitian. Almost every test like Duodenoscopy, Colonoscopy, Breath test for bacterial overgrowth, Thyroid function, Stool, Whole abdomen city scan, chest x-ray, Bone mineral density, vitamin b12, Thyroid antibodies, Antigliadin IGG, IGA, Food Intolerance, TB gamma interferon, ESR, C-reactive protein, liver function tests (multiple times), HTTG/DGP Screen, 25- Hydroxyvitamin D have been performed. The TB test and Lipoprotein A test showed positive results. All other test results are more or less normal. For TB my doctor has written me 2 tablets- Mycobutol and Oflin and 1 injection Streptomycin as the 3rd and 4th components- Solonex and Rifampicin didn't suit my LFT. IS THE INJECTION BEST WAY TO ERADICATE MY SMALL TB INFECTION?

Yes, these are the recommended drugs for treatment of TB and you will have to adhere to the treatment. There are alternatives to drugs that don't suit you, however, you cannot avoid taking medication as such. Usually the treatment is given for 6 months.
