Little bleeding

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello Doctor, I just have a query. Actually I am having pcos from last 10-12 years and I only bleed with medicine like Meprate. I got my period on 22 Oct by taking medicine. I also want to let you know that I am also trying for conceiving but from last 3-4 days I got little bleeding (not too much). In these several years I never got bleed by my own or have this type of little bleed. Can you please let me know what could be the reason for it?
