Lips distortion, excessive water flow

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am not able to gargle or eat food because of lips distortion. I took a medicine from a gynaecologist and the other day morning I was not able to gargle and had an excessive water flow from one eye. I don't know the reason behind it. But I am really worried. That doctor asked me to consult a neuro physician.
