Limb lengthening surgery

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am 25yrs old and 163cm tall,my dad is of the same height too.i would like to know about limb lengthening surgery or through human growth hormone treatment how we can increase height.i am quite serious about this.i have always wondered how so many people are tall when there parents are short.please guide me
