After her delivery few days later, like a ball size something she feel in her breast when she feed baby. it this serious issue? what is it

Does that lump move within the breast. If so it's fibroadenoma. If it's painful could be breast abscess.... It's hard to diagnose without examination. Kindly consult a general surgeon
