I was suffering from dizziness,lightheadedness from past one week ,aggravates after taking meals,relieved lightly by taking medication such as vertizac,paracetmol.normal bp ,normal blood glucose levels,no ringing sound in ear,no hearing loss ,no head injury.no neck pain .have cocentration difficulty

You need to check up with an ENT specialist who will find out what exactly is the problem with you. Sometimes imbalances in the ear bones can cause light headedness and giddiness.
