Lifted Toenail
While playing football today I rubbed my right foot on ground. Ended sort of breaking toenail.
It got bent at 90 degrees upward at about half of its length. Its painful. I dont know what to do now. Please help.

hello nail may peel off dont worry it will grow in 90 to 12o days take some analgesics bye

Hello..
Well I understand that you must be going through lot of pain....i suggest you to meet a surgeon and go for complete removal of nail as otherwise it will become more painful...if complete is not required atleast we need to remove the uprooted part...don't try to remove yourself...meet a surgeon...thank you....
