You have elevated SGOT/SGPT. The causes for this could be - Fatty liver disease(NAFLD), chrnic hepatitis B or C. As you are already doing, you need to undergo tests for Hepatitis B and C, Ultrasound of the abdomen. It looks like mild inflammation of the liver and effective treatment can be given provided diagnosis is made accurately.
