Lesser weight (low BMI)
I am a 30 yrs. Old male with no history of any disease or disorder whatsoever. My wt has been static for past 4-5 years. It's 55 kg an ht is 174 cm. I look preety thin which bothers me most. Plz advise on how can I increase wt and improve my appearance.

Hey have meals at regular intervals, gymnasium increses your appetite , don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries
