Leg flesh is growing
My grandma's right legs feet flesh is growing and have some infection to municipal doctor said to cut the leg till the knee

There are multiple causes and diagnosis like a gangrene,infective skin disease etc. Also in certain cases to prevent the spread of infection an amputation is necessary. As your doctor has suggested if her leg is cut below knee a prosthetic leg can be worn and with physiotherapy your mother can resume her daily activities.
