Left shoulder dislocation
Post MRI scan tear of antero-inferior glenoid labrum is noted. Compression fracture of posterolateral aspect of head of humerus, the defect measuring about 1 cm in size and is about 3mm deep. Lateral down skipping of the acromion prices is also noted. Kindly suggest.
