Having severe difficulty in moving left leg...worse at night when there is immense pain starting from lower back radiating to hip n lower leg. What should be done?

your symptoms appears like disc prolapse with radiating pain to legs ,consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated by clinical examination and investigations
