As IT professionals we use laptop for more than 8 hours a day. Add to this about 2 hours of mobile usage. To reduce back pain I place a pillow below my knees while sleeping. I had an eye test done about 3 years back and report came as normal. For the past 1 year I also had to work late at night { 1 night in a week with less than 4 hours of continuous sleep }. I worry if this has had a toll of my health. What are the health precautions I would need to take

use back supported chair ,use non-reflecting eye glasses. don't eat late night food. avoid junk foods.avoid aerated drinks and alcohol and tobacco,eat at regular intervals every day.do regular exercise for 20 - 30 mins. sleep atleast 6-8 hours per day.

You must not work with computers for such a long duration of time, give rest to eyes.. Blink frequently. One must sleep at least for 6 to 7 hours.. Physical activity is as important as mental activity.. Do exercise in morning. Have nutritious food.
