Lactare is it safe?
I have been blessed with a baby girl on 7th September however the actual date was 7th October. Hence she was in the NICU for few days. I am currently giving her both breast milk and formula however I noticed that she is not feeding much on breast milk hence i want her to have more breast milk .. is it safe to use lactare capsules? How soon does the milk production increase ? And what else can I do to increase the milk?

Lactare tablet is ayurvedic medicine. Although its safe for lactating mothers and many femalea use it but long term use may cause congestion of breast. Moreover the main reason for your decreased breast milk, is babys formula feed. Please give exclusive breast milk to baby depending on the demand of baby. Whenever baby needs feeding if you try to feed by breast , your breast milk production will eventually start improving
