Lack of sleep
Hi I'm working at an private firm as an senior Manager with 25 team members as my day starts at Morning 8 and ends around 11pm after that I do my household works then give time for my self after that when I get into bed I'm unable to get sleep it takes around early morning 5:30 to get sleep where as due to this reason my professional work is effecting and I feel dizy all the day Please suggest

mean while dont take coffee/tea/ cigarettes  or any stimulents  after 4 pm take dinner as early as possible ideally  2 hrs before sleep
