Lacerated Wound on Leg
I fell through a glass slab and ended up getting a deep, lacerated wound on my left foot. Initially the wound was deep and i did put a dressing and some soframycin cream and covered it. When can start keeping the wound open, also is it a good idea to keep the wound open, or should i keep it covered at all times.
