Labour Breathing
From last eight months I'm having trouble while exhaling. The breathing capacity has been reduced so much that I can't play, run, swim or sing to their normal length. I feel an immense pressure while releasing the air out from the lungs. I have asthma and using budesonide inhaler twice a day. Need a helpful suggestion

As you are asthmatic kindly consider consulting a MD medicine physician. May be your inhaler dose needs to be altered or a new inhaler may be added
