If you are a vegetarian then add ghee butter milk and filtered / virgin/ cold pressed mustard/ coconut/ groundnut/ sesame oil in your diet...
Apply warm oil of any of the above , just before bath to whole body... and have warm or cold water bath.. pain will come down..
avoid all constipation /intestines dryness causing stuffs like sprouts pulses raw veggies poha mixture junks chats etc.
