Joint Pain
I have many problems with my body. As soon as i get up in the morning i will start sneezing and running nose will be there. I will get throat infection and cough very often. Sneezing will be there sometime even for full day. I will get joint pain and head ache also sometimes. Stomach cramping will be there at least for a week in a month(Not continuously). I am experiencing all these from past 2 years. I have deficiency of Vitamin D and my Eosinophil Count is pretty high. I will urinate many times(more than 8-10 times) in a day. sometime i even get itching after i urinate. I have small Fibroid also in my Uterus. My periods will be early with lot of bleeding and pain. I even have hair fall. I am really worried of my health issue. Kindly help me to find out solution.

High eosinophils may be due to allergy..Best treatment would be to find allergens causing symptoms and to avoid it...over the counter antihistaminics will be beneficial to you...Consult nearest allergy clinic for skin prick test and other modalities of investigations in which they will test you for various allergens and find out to what you are allergic...and they treat you with diluted doses of that allergen to desensitise your body to that allergen...for vit D Sensible sun exposure, especially between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm produces vitamin D in the skin that may last twice as long in the blood compared with ingested vitamin D... Foods thought to contain high amounts of vitamin D3 are oily fish, such as salmon, mackerel, and blue fish, as well as fortified milk and other dairy products...for fibroid Consult nearest gynecologists.
