Iud insertion
I am in my periods 3rd day. Usually I bleed for 5-6 days.I want to have iud inserted but due to some family problems I am not able to get to the dr for consultation can I go on 5th day of my periods and directly ask for iud insertion or the Dr have to do some tests or something before

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Yes you can go on your 5th day of the periods. If you are having any other issues, then tests will be required but for IUD insertion per se, no tests are required.
