Itching, pin like needle in my body

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi, I'm 31 years old suffering from severe itchiness for 3 days it comes and go, no rash or any skin issues. i feel like something crawling inside my skin also feel a needle pin inside me. last week i was prescribe to take antibiotic for my uti. i don't think there's a connection to that. is this a serious illness or disease? please help me.
