It's not just an inverted nipple

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have inverted nipples, one protrudes when cold. The other seems to not be there, instead I have lots of tiny tissue lumps that form a tiny crater in my areola instead of a nipple. The tissue small lumps often die and come away from the breast. Started after puberty.
