Is surgery required for this problem
Hello. I am eating stool softners for past 6months and i dont think i feel constipated after stopping them. But still this prpblem is troubling me after stools like itching and tickling please help me i cant suffer more . This thing have tried allmost all creams anoblis, annovate ,procsdyl even sitz bath but after stopping treatment same happens again . Please guide

As its recurring with medications also, better to opt for surgery. Consult general surgeon for per rectal examination and proctoscopy and proceed for further management
