She has completion surgery of hyestrectomy and histopathology report mentioned which I am not able to understand just wanted to know is chemotherapy or radiation required?

According to this report, there is no tumor so most probably oncologist will decide if any other scan is required or any chemo or radiation should be started.
This report is suggestive of no tumor cells in the histopathological specimen, so chemo and radio will not be probably required, but still this is just based on this report so kindly consult your oncologist for further questions.
