Is a high CKMB level? Is it dangerous?

I have been getting a falling/dropp8mg sensation ever since I came out of the hospital ever since I had my twins. A numbing tingling feeling I'm my back by my shoulder blade and I feel that it is getting worse. Everytime I fall asleep my body jolts. I now too scared to fall asleep... I did a chest X ray and there is no signs of enlarged heart.
