I can understand your concern and i hope you are not in pain as we speak.
The history you have provided is very little to say anything. We would require a detailed history and a few tests also to establish a peoper diagnosis.
Kindly consult a MD. Consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Along with this you can also take a cap. Absolut 3g once a dah after food.
