Irregular menstruation
Hi doc, good day! I've been experiencing irregular menstruation since I was 18 years old, i'm 21 now. My period now is once every 4-5 months. Everytime my period came, its too little. I used to have a normal period during my high school years where I can used 3pads a day, now i can barely full 1pad per day. This really made me so confused on what to do. I'm hoping that you can help me since I'm too afraid to have a check up in person its giving me anxiety :( I want to normalize my period again
