Hello...... It's aurvedic syrup.. Cannot comment but if you have harmonal imbalance you can use oral contraceptive pills.... It regulasize period.. Don't postpone or prepone periods.. Have nutritious food and exercise daily.. Underlying cause for irregular periods should be addressed if you have periods for long period of time...
