Irregular bowel,n lot gas
Hi, i m 28year,5,2"50kg. I have irregular bowel movement and Gas problem from past 3 years.from past 3yrs,m taking good diet,i exercise, no junk foods.there is little improvement,but chances are higher that i need to go toilet after having a meal. In morning, stomach is not cleared in 1st attempt,i have to go 2nd time within 30-60mins,and after breakfast,i need to go within 15mins.i feel something below navel like shit is still there. Now,after 2pm lunch,i start feeling gas ,and around 3pm-4pm,i need to go toilet. but this time also,i dont feel like bowel is cleared.around 6-7 pm i again have to go for toilet. Now,after 9pm dinner,i again feel like going to toilet,but nothing comes out.its all gas inside.all i do is farting from evening to till night.i can feel my stomach bloated for whole day. And,bloating and gas is maximum at night. It takes me 5-10mins in toilet, for every sitting. My bowel is smelly, mashed up,wet,sometime mucus(white/jelly like) at end.i try doctor,bt No help.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. From your symptoms it looks like you could be suffering from malabsorption syndromes, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, crohns disease. Or sometimes after intake of strong antibiotics, your normal bowel bacterial flora might have been altered leading to such symptoms. It will require clinical examination and treatment of even associated symptoms like gastritis. Continue your healthy diet and excercises. Consult a nearby gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
