  3. Iron overdose. If i keep taking them?

Hello, I was diagnosed with anemia a few months ago (HGB was 9, ferritin was 2). My doctor put me on Ferrous sulfate 325 mg 2x/day. I went to the lab yesterday to get my blood checked and my HGB went up to 13.1 and ferritin 21. My question is, can I continue taking my iron pills since my ferritin is still low or should I worry about iron toxicity if I keep taking them? Thank you
