Intermittent pain in my left groin
I just started a new job 1 week ago where I am lifting more weight. Three days ago I woke and had a pain in my left groin area. The pain occurs throughout the day as I walk. After I sit for a short period of time there is pain when I begin to walk until I stretch a couple of times. How do I medicate this issue?
