Hello there we undertsand your concern. We cannot say anything unless and untill we have an evidence to prove. The evudences would be nothing but the blood reports. In People of this age group the skin of sole will be thickened and the skin that which is thickened will be dead and it wont have funtioning lije the skin or other area this might be one of the reason for her unresponsive ness. But if she says that she is having tingling sensation along with numbness then trust us she must visit a doctor as soon as possible and get her sugar test done. Thank you
