Ingested Spoiled Banana
Hi Doctor, I just ate a banana which had a brown, crunchy center. From some internet research, I found its called Squirter's Disease in bananas, caused by Nigrospora sphaerica fungus. What should I do about it?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Dont use the internet that would be my advise. Use it for everything but not for researching such things. And also which PhD do you want by research. It just creates unnecessary fear in the mind. Nothing will happen. If you experience any symptoms also you should not use google. Just consult a doctor. Why do you need doctors if you feel google is giving everything? Drink plenty of water and stop worrying. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore
