We face problem of infertility since 2003. We already done IUI many times . Today we again done IUI but this time sperm count is 12 after washing it is only 4 but motility is 100 . Our age is 40 and 37. What will we do ?

Hello....... Women often have a 10 to 20 percent chance of getting pregnant with just one IUI cycle. The more cycles of IUI you undergo, the higher the chance is for a pregnancy. success of fertility depends on ovarien reserve. At this age ovarien reserve would be less..... Try invitro fertilization technique.
