HELLO, UNHEALTHY DIET IS THE MAIN REASON IN THE SENSE GREASY, FRIED FOOD. ALL ARE VERY BAD, SO NOW STOP FRIED, GREASE, JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. BLEND DIET STRICTLY. FRESH CURD N BUTTER MILK IS BENEFICIAL.. CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI GOOSEBERRY ETC ARE BENEFICIAL. TABLET URCITOR SR,450mg TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER FOR FIFTEEN DAYS. SYRUP CHOLIV L TWO-TIMES A DAY BEFORE LUNCH N DINNER TWO TEASPOON FUL FOR FIFTEEN DAYS. CONTINUE THYROID TREATMENT..   START WALKING (BRICK) FOURTY MINUTES., INITIALLY MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE, SLOWLY LIKE ONE KILOMETER.THAN ONE N HALF PR SO. THESE LEVELS ARE ALARMING SYMPTOMS TO HEART DISEASE. SO TAKE EYERYTHING VERY SERIOUSLY. REPEAT TEST TO BE PERFORMED AFTER FIFTEEN DAYS UNLESS N UNTIL SHE HAS ANY PROBLEM. O.K BYE.
