I've been smoking for 8 months now.
Initially when I started, I used to smoke 1-3 cigarettes per day. After a while I started to smoke 3-5 cigarettes per day. Now I smoke 5 cigarettes everyday on average. I don't know how to quit smoking. Also, I smoke hukka once or twice a month on average. Is it fine if I just stick with hukka and leave cigarette smoking?

I must appreciate your willingness to quit smoking. It may seem but difficult to control your urge to smoke but it's not impossible. Medication depends on your dependence and urge..You may start with nicotine chewing gums..5-6 per day to start with then gradually reduce it.. If it doesn't help there are other options to help you. Best wishes!!
