I.V Cannula swelling and pain.
I have been discharged day before yesterday from SGPGI, Lucknow.After the I.V cannula was removed my hand got swelled and Its continuously paining.What is the method or suggest any medicine or any lotion to get instant relief. Thanks

Hello there. I can understand your concern. . You can apply thrombophobe cream over the area, tab. Lyser-D Twice a day after food for 3 days for controlling pain. Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. He will be able to help you further. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
