Well, the yellow colour feathers of ur eclectus parrot is mainly due to over handling, I think u r always catching it and keeping it in hand or someone in ur home doing like that, when human sweat or oil products fall on birds frequently, it leads to bacterial and fungal infection,
The other reason may be improper nutrition,
Sometimes also due to mites....
