Sir I lost my one testicle ....I haven't pain ...I married...but I haven't child ...but I haven't any problem like sex ,pain etc .... please help to fix it....and I want to spam test the facility available in normal clinic or lab or not

Two testis are not necessary,even one testis is ok to make you fertile.Seman analysis is a simple test available at all leading labs.
