I hear sound in right kne

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Whenevr I take staircase to go to the next level of the floor.. I listen slight TIC TIC sound in my knee.. However I dnt hv any pain while walking or aftr wlkng.. I just want know why this is happening.. and need your advises to stop the sound... Appreciate your valuable time and the advise..
