I have dimple in my annus

Dear Doc I have facing a dimple issues in my annus since 3days and it is creating some kind of uncomfort ness while moving my legs and I can touch the dimple where is located kindly suggest what to do.

Its very difficult to say like that...is it painful??or some discharge coming out of it or not??is there is bleeding?Its better to consult a surgeon for this cause...Meanwhile you can take sitz bath and apply anometrogyl ointment at that region and take a stool softener.Hope this will help..
