Kindly visit the ER so that you can be physically assessed and undergo further investigations such as X-Ray or MRI/CT based on the requirement to find the underlying cause of the problem. Try and maintain the right posture while standing, sitting and lying down. Exercise regularly and increase the strength of the muscles on the back. Kindly have a well balanced diet and maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI. If the problem persists or worsens, visit the ER at the earliest.
