I was about to go on the chirurgeon of my nose it is a plastic chirurgy so today i was on blood test in there says that i have basophillia in my blood

With just this much information there is nothing much we can say.
Basophilia can be due to a lot of reasons.
You haven't even mentioned your basophil count.
