1. In womb around 5 to 10 wks of embryo stage bone growth begins and lasts upto puberty same view in Ayurveda and Allopathy science 2. This is body anatomy... there are 12 thoracic vertebrae ..so 12 bones held them ...to make a thoracic cage : same opinion in both science 3. Ayurveda view: From 1st Dhatu/( tissue roughly can compare )...  rasa to Rakta ..then Mamsa ..then Meda.. then Asthi or bone tissue forms... this is the order of dhatus... so fats are converted and hardest essence is Asthi... in brief. According to allopathy soft bones or cartilages are ossified by ossification to become hard and thus bone forms.. 4. Clavicles 5. Horse shoe shaped bone which is the only bone not attached to any other bone except muscles and ligaments to allow free movement if tongue.. 6. Blood tests, x rays,biopsy tests in general
