I am hepa b positive. If im reactive?

Hi good day, first sorry for my grammar and English. OK Im HEPA b reactive, now and 8 month's pregnant of my 2nd baby, I understand that I am positive in HEPA b since I know that I am pregnant and my obgyne ask me to do some lab. I try the result 3 times in diff clinic and result are same, Is it possible to cure this problem, coz I am working in food industry,for almost 3 yrs and I want to go back work again after my delivery, I am sure I haven't a HEPA problem this past couple of year, coz we required to go to medical like HEPA b if u r working in food industry, so I don't know y I am reactive now Is it possible that this is from parents? Coz my mom told me that when she get pregnant to my elder sister, my father is positive in HEPA b until now, so now when my elder sis. Get pregnant she's reactive in HEPA b until now for almost 11 years, and maybe my brother too, then mind shows reactive to my 2ns baby already, I hope u can help me. Is it safe to do breastfeeding? if im reactive
